Update of all sorts....

Wednesday, November 4th Josh went for his 12 month well baby visit. It was very traumatic. Maybe more for Mommy than Josh. He got 4 shots! One in each leg and one in each arm. Poor little guy and on top of all of that he got his finger pricked for blood tests. All is well and we all recovered from the days traumatic events at the doctors' office.

His stats are:

Weight - 23lbs 13oz (50-75%)
Height - 30in. (50-75%)
Head - 19 1/2 (75%)

Thursday, November 5th Greg and I went to Greenville, North Carolina, home of ECU, to see the Pirates take on the Virginia Tech Hokies. This was the first time that we left Josh overnight. It was hard to do, however, I'm so glad that I got the "first" out of the way. It is so hard to "let go." The game didn't turn out the way that we had hoped, but on a bright note, Josh had a lot of fun with Nana and Pa.

Saturday we went out to lunch at Jason's Deli. Up until now, we have just packed food for Josh or give him food off of our plates. We decided to order him his very first grilled cheese sandwich and fresh fruit. He ate the entire sandwich and two strawberries! THEN ate some of Daddy's ice cream. I don't know where he puts it all. Today we went to Panera and he had a Turkey and Cheese sandwich and yogurt. Such a big boy!

Aunt Kristen came to visit this weekend and we were able to take a trip to the park today with her. (I'll update with pictures tomorrow)

Today also marks the beginning of Santa Season for "Santa Pa." Santa opened up the Christmas Wonder Land and lit all of the tree at the Bass Pro Shop today. There were so many people there we didn't stay to visit. We will go back for pictures with Santa later.
